Day 2

Morning Session

Costing  – Labor & Overhead, Production, & Purchase Variances
In this workshop-style class, work with an experienced consultant to setup basic labor and overhead items and add them to your BOMs. Also, learn about inventory and production variances and how they affect your costing.

Tips & Tricks-Beyond the Basics
Now that you have the basics of Orchestrated down. Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? This class is the one for you! During this session you will learn how to use your system beyond the basics, and gain a few awesome tips and tricks to help make everyday life easier. Come get comfortable with additional functionality and receive some tips from a seasoned consultant.

Afternoon Session

Warehouse Management
Inventory getting you down? In this session you will learn all about how to better manage your warehouses in Orchestrated! Shipment Planning, Receiving, iPad Inventory Application, Inventory Counts, and Master Data management are all topics that will be covered.

Get Data Out – Analytics for Beginners to Intermediates
You know that there are mountains of powerful data in your Orchestrated system, but maybe you’re not sure how to get that data out?  In this workshop-style class, you will learn how to run reports, write basic queries, set up alerts, and empower yourself to extract the insightful data you know is in your system.

Day 3

Morning Session

Barrel Management Console (BMC)
Do you currently manage 200+ individual oak barrels? Or are you headed that direction? Do you want specific details maintained on each individual barrel, down to the fill date, type of barrel, how many times you have used it, and what adjuncts you have added to it? Barrel Management Console is for you! An experienced consultant will walk you through basic concepts, setup, configuration and implementation of BMC in this three-hour course!

Tap Room – Inventory & Revenue
There are several different methods to manage your tap room. In this class find the best method to manage your tap room inventory and revenue.

Afternoon Session

Health Check
Learn how to gauge the health of your business by conducting a self-audit. We will walk through a checklist and give you an opportunity to work in a group to perform your own health check.

Materials Resource Planning (MRP)
This class will be designed for intermediate-and-beyond Orchestrated users ready to master inventory management and start implementing MRP.  The class will briskly cover important data points used in MRP in addition to walking through the MRP Guide (available on our Support Site.)  Pre-requisites will be posted prior to the class to help attendees prepare their purchasing, production and inventory data to get the most out of this MRP training.
